:flowerforyou: Hi. I know your struggle. Due to medical reasons I am doing low carb as well. Check out a book that helped me get started. The Metabolism Miracle. It helped me get past "the carb flu", which was the first few days of your body adjusting to the changes and getting rid of toxins from processed refined carbs.…

Know_your_worth...I think you'd be great dating a James Bond type (Daniel Craig), a guy that could handle your awesome worthiness. To next poster. Skip me...I'm not dating...no fun I know but married 14 years:drinker:

Me too! I can fluctuate the same 5lbs up and down and then one day...I lost 4lbs and will stay at that weight for a month. When I look at my progress chart for 90 days, it really enlightened me to stop sweating the scale fluctuations. But when I take measurements and gain inches (especially at TOM) I really get depressed.…

Did your doctor check your thyroid? I was told I was in post partum depression and put on Zoloft for almost ten years before finding out that my sister was diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism. It turns out I have it too. Your symptoms sound so similar to mine. Hopefully this info helps.

Air supply....here I am:happy:

Me! I struggle with these last 15-20 lbs. I run about 15-20+ miles a week and I between do 30 day shred or insanity workouts. I know these last few pounds are gonna require me to cut back on my eatting and push harder. I think you all are giving me the motivation.:drinker: By cutting back on eatting, I mean less junk food…

Me too ;). Mine are very passive aggressive. I could go on and on. The holidays are the hardest.:grumble:

I had to respond when I read this. I grew up in Warrington, bucks county PA. I have since moved to Indiana and then to Chicago area. It cracks me up because people around here ask if I'm from jersey! They think of the real housewives of NJ show and tell me I sound like them. I'm horrified when they tell me this! But then…

Hi. I'm probably repeating information already given to you. I am sorry that you are going through this. I have hypothyroidism due to hashimotos. It took ten years of living through depression, putting on over 50 lbs and all the symptoms you described to get a handle on the situation. I'm now on .137 mcg synthroid.…

George Lucas already has one. Seth Rogan (I think that's his name. The funny guy from the movie Knocked Up) stated it in an interview regarding his first meeting with Steven Spielberg and George Lucas. I don't know why I found this credible. I do find it hysterical.

I'm so sorry you are feeling like this. But I wanted to just let you know that I think you just answered your own thread question. I think your feelings about yourself and feeling undesirable is really not about him. You just are lacking confidence in yourself. I think men want a woman with confidence. I may be wrong…

Have you taken your measurements and compared them?

I have the same worsts as therest of you, but i bet you cant top my bests! I have been attacked and licked to death by puppies...seriously. The owner couldn't get the puppies(3) off me, I had to walk to their yard so they could tie them up. I smiled for the next 5 miles. Running at dawn, I was surrounded by owls. It was…

My doctor was ready to do an ablation or take my uterus . I got scared and decided to start running. My cycle is was lasting 9-12 days with maybe twoo weeks in between. Heavy so much that I wouldn't leave the house. Running, and diet, has helped me get this under control. I've had three consistent cycles, 4-5 days long…

Yep, I did. I have hashimotos and I wanted to know that my thyroid dosage wasn't off. After getting the bloodwork back, i was confused by having normal tsh levels, I decided it wasn't my disease that was making me fat <sure it helped). It was the choices I was making. So I put the bs aside and really buckled down. Having…
