green tea and hypothyroidism
Hello! I've been on levothyroxine 0.137 mg for years. I've recently heard that green tea is bad for people taking thyroid meds. Has anyone else heard this? I love green tea and will be sad to miss it. But it might explain why my weight loss is negligible. P.S. I tested two weeks ago and my hormone levels are good.

I had a women right behind me with fans at every mile mark. They screamed "go grandma". I chuckled because I'm only 43. Inspiring and irritating at the same time. My kids…

I'm an addict...
Yes I am...to bad non nutritious carbs. I had a breadstick, of course that came with a pizza for my kids birthday party, and thought I could stop at one. Nope. My internal dialog kept saying...it's ok you really worked out hard today plus you've been watching your carbs since April. I now feel like an addict. I'm just…

Volleyball girl Olympians "big"
They are inspiring! I was so loving the game tonight. The announcer said one of the women was 6'1". And 165 lbs. They looked incredible to me. My husband, who is very slim, said "isn't that really big (meaning fat)". I said look at them, they are pure muscle. He just shrugged. This is personal for me because I'm 5'10 and…

Was talking to a good friend yesterday. I've lost a significant amount of weight in the last few years. She asked if things have gotten better with my husband since I'm now so much thinner. I shrugged. She said her husband would be soo happy if she lost weight. I told her that's what I thought too. Later I thought about…
