Just curious. In a 5K race what is a good time for a 40 -45 year old woman?

If you're interested in times, I would suggest just browsing some of the results since they're grouped by gender and age. I'm not sure where you live, but a lot of the races in my area use this site: http://www.racesonline.com/ Just click on any of the races, look for prior year results. Or if there's a particular race in your area, find its website and view last year's results.
