HRM or MFP

Here I ask again... My HRM calculates a larger calorie burn than MFP.
Would you use MFP or HRM?

I go by my HRM since its tailored to me. I'm guessing MFP is just averages.
My 2 cents is that a few calories won't matter in the long run. Constantly exercise and eat right are the key.0 -
Thanks. I just worry that I may not be getting enough calories. I feel so full with this diet I don't want to just eat to meet a number. However I am working out much harder than I am used to and don't want to have my body in "starvation mode". My averages on my HRM are 200-300 cal more than on MFP. It's confusing:sad:0
