Recovering from COVID-19

Anyone have advice on healthy food to increase my immune system. On 5th week suffering from Covid. Walked the block and thought I was going to die (900 steps with mask away from any other soul). I’m getting scared to be out of quarantine next week. I’m not sure if my body can handle even walking into an office. Need a strong healthy cheap recipe

    PP had good advice, just focus on the healthiest foods that you'll eat, lots or protein, fruits/veggies, whole grains, lots of water, good basic nutrition. And if things don't taste good at the moment, to you, try smoothies/shakes filled with frozen fruits and plain yogurt.
