So I think we should set attainable healthy goals for each week. Say `1-2 pounds at first and then maybe .5 each week. It may come off slower the closer we get to our goal. In my calendar on Mondays (usually when i weigh in) I set my reasonable weight...and then if i reach it i gift myself. Maybe its a pedicure...maybe its…
