  • I'm very much like you! I did couch to 5k years ago, before I had my eldest daughter, and I was really fit and slim. I never really went back to it and she's now almost 7! I have a 15 month old as well. And a stressful job. I'm currently doing C25K again and ran my first 5k in 8 years last month 🏃‍♀️💪 I can't add you as my…
  • Hi! I'm in the UK too and trying to get back in shape after baby no 2 who is now 15 months old. I'm doing couch to 5k (slowly) and want to lose around 1.5 stone. Happy to accept new friends 😃
  • @kilobykilo My run last night did not go well! Note to self: 7:30 Is too late to run before dinner. I had no energy and got a horrible stitch that made me need to walk. I will just repeat that run. Hopefully tomorrow but having a week from hell at work so we'll see.
  • Did w6d2 on Saturday. I think I'm actually looking forward to the run tonight having no walking intervals! I wish my legs were in the same place as my brain, haha.
  • W6D1 yesterday. It was hard after am extra couple of days off due to illness. Back on it now though 👍
  • It is definitely more of a mental hurdle than a physical one (although my legs were tired by the end!). At this point I think it's actually easier to keep going than do intervals. I was slower than I'd like though, hoping I can get faster as I move towards the end of the program!
  • Because each run is short and you can do it any time I find it pretty easy to keep up with. My husband would also shame me if I was being lazy, haha. There are some runs I've found harder than others but that is often due to me being tired in general so then I obviously find it harder. My fitness has definitely improved so…
  • Week 5 completed. 20 minutes of running without any walking and I survived 🎉
  • Hi everyone, I'm late to the party but completed week 5 run 2 today. I did c25k years ago (pre-child) but haven't run since I fell pregnant at the end of 2014. I definitely don't find running easy and I don't feel like I'm really getting any better, but I'm doing it. If anyone wants to add me, feel free 🙂
  • I'm a bit further on from you - I did week 5 run 2 today. Feel free to add me if you like 🙂
  • Feel free to add me too 🙂
  • Too slow is still sat on the sofa. As long as you get out and do it you're winning 👍
  • Still feeling grotty so week 2 still on hold...
  • I finished Week 1 yesterday even though i wasn't feeling great. I feel awful today though and actually took a day off work which is very unlike me. I have no idea if I'll be well enough to run tomorrow but I hope so 🤞
  • I'm happy to get some new friends too 😊 My diary is open and I love having a nose in other people's! I'm aiming for just over 1400 calories a day. I don't have that much to lose and I'm also only little so need to have calories fairly low in order to lose anything. I try to log everything and do a fair amount of cooking…
  • I did Week 1 Run 2 today. I'm in the UK so also cold and dark! I was tired tonight after first week back at work. After my toddler went to bed it would have been so easy to not bother. I know as soon as I miss a day I'm just gone though so need to keep at it.
  • I did my first run today so a week behind you but happy to support each other, feel free to add me 😊 I did c25k in 2013 and lost a lot of weight, got really fit etc. Had a baby in 2015 and never managed to get back to it so never really lost baby weight. Actually, i think i'm heavier now than i was 6 months after she was…
  • Underwired sports bras are not for me unfortunately. I am going back to an m&s one I think. They just changed their size options so i was looking for an alternative but can't find anything I like as much!
  • Yes and it's rubbish, definitely can't run in it! Any recommendations?
  • I am feeling inspired after having a little read of your diary. I've done c25k before but currently completely unfit again. I will be starting as soon as my new sports bra arrives - definitely can't run without one!
  • Tomorrow is day one for me. Today I had my first hangover in 4 years. I did not cope well. Thank God for my lovely husband! 2019 is the year I will get back to my pre-child weight. Better late than never 👍
  • Hi! I'm new to this group too, my daughter is almost 14 months. I'll send you a friend request :)
  • Here are some of the things I take: Oatcakes with low cal toppings eg. reduced fat pate, cottage cheese, light cream cheese Malt loaf Fruit/veggies Beef jerky Cereal bars Nuts Roasted chick peas I also get Graze boxes. I have the Light Box option so everything is less than 150 calories. Check out their website - it might…
  • I haven't cut out any foods but I do make more sensible choices so that I'm never hungry despite eating less calories than I used to. I'm not a nice hungry person. I have stopped drinking any alcohol during the week though.
  • I'm 4ft 11 and have always had big boobs. Before I starting dieting I was 130lb and wearing a 32G. Now I'm 109lbs and wearing a 30F. Only lost 1 cup size despite losing a stone and a half. I'm disappointed really, I've always wished for small boobs but it doesn't look like I'm going to get them. If anything, they're much…
  • I'm 4ft 11inches and have always had big boobies. At my heaviest I was 133lbs and wore a 32 G bra. Decided to lose weight and now at 109lbs. My boobs definitely felt smaller, but also less perky as the skin hasn't really bounced back. Thought I'd definitely have lost a fair few cup sizes but still a 30/32 F. I was…
