I fell out of the running habit a couple of years ago, but am going to give it another go. I do a lot of weightlifting these days but need to improve my cardio fitness!! So I'll set a conservative goal of 25 miles to start and see how things go....

100 single skips 100 press ups 100 sit ups 100 squats 100 single skips Run 1 mile Not sure of time but it was around 35 minutes

I got a new deadlift PB ... 90 kg 1RM, up from 72.5kg. Love lifting heavy!! :-)

Bench: 30kg (66lbs) Squat: 40kg (88lbs) Deadlift: 72.5kg (160lbs) Started at end of August, then took a 3 weeks vacation, so deloaded when I came back. Now 3 weeks after re-start. Love lifting!!

Been waiting for this thread! I'm in for 40 miles in November. It's dropping off from what i was doing back over the summer, but I'll be fitting in my runs around 3-4 lifting sessions per week and don't want to completely kill myself!

Half marathon (next year) 5 unassisted pull ups (before year end) A handstand push up (within next month) Deadlift 90kg (working towards - hopefully by year end)

Yup. I don't think I'm really working that hard tho - maybe I should get up even earlier to digest my breakfast better, lol! I'm fine once I've let go, just get back in there and kick the heck out of what's left of the session :-)
