Half marathon (next year)
5 unassisted pull ups (before year end)
A handstand push up (within next month)
Deadlift 90kg (working towards - hopefully by year end)0 -
I want to do a half marathon but more importantly a marathon, it's on my bucket list.
I also want to go skiing on holiday.
Working on both, running 3x a week and doing skiing lessons...0 -

Your life, your goal. Doesn't matter what it is, go for it and own it! X0 -

Just started a week ago. My first one would be to be able to put my wedding rings back on.

Mine was to be able to knock out 20 dead hang pull ups which I had not completed in 22 years since leaving the Marine Corp. After 2 years of weight loss, I worked on this for 6 months while maintaining weight.
And one fine day - DONE!
- Today, I knock them out like nothing. Godspeed to you all reaching your goals!

Run a 5k. I've never run in my life. Goal for the new year?0

Be able to powerlift!
Have actual, visible arm muscles (I had the beginnings of them last winter, but then I forgot to go to the gym for a few weeks and it all became fat).
Know that I have the physical strength to become a female electrician if I want to.
My weight is not holding me back from doing these things, but I do need to get in shape.

Wear a single digit size pants.
Wear a two piece bathing suit (probably never a bikini, but maybe a two piece)
Ride my bike 40 miles (I can do 20 miles now).0 -
Do an Olympic Length Triathlon
Mine is scheduled for July 15 next year
I have been training since June 1 this year, started at 255 lbs and am now 225. If I had to do it today I think my time would come in about 6 hours. By then I hope to cut my time down to 4 hours.0 -
In order of do-ability:
1. Buy clothes in a normal plus size department of a regular store, like JCPenney, Target, etc. VERY close!
2. Go horseback riding with my daughter. A ranch we go camping at has trail rides but I have been 100 lbs over the weight limit. 70-some lbs to go and I am there.
3. Ride the swings at the fair, weight limit 230.
4. Hike the Wonderland Trail. Approx 100 mile trail around Mt. Rainier which takes around 10-12 days to complete. Extremely challenging elevation gains/losses and really tough to do unless you are in top physical condition. Planning to do the year I turn 40, 2.5 years.
5. Hike the PCT, a 2600 mile trail from Mexico to Canada. A very long term goal, 10 years+ away. Planning to do the year my youngest child graduates.0
