God bless all the daughters who take their moms to the doctor's office. It can be a draining experience. I used to do it all the time, but now my my is gone (almost 2 years now) and I miss her.

Zumba is great---and don't think it's just for younger people. I take a class with a woman who's 80, another who's close to 70, and I'm 58. We do better than a lot of people in the class!:happy: :happy:

I just recently tried Egg Beaters "Better 'n Eggs" and found out that they taste good. I gently scramble them and have them on top of a slice of whole wheat toast and have 8 oz. of orange juice. A breakfast that has eggs seems to stay with me longer than cereal, and the Egg Beaters have no cholestrol.
