I'm curious, how are you figuring those excersise calorie burns? Some are super high. Are you syncing a Fitbit or other HR fitness watch? Also, you take in a LOT of sodium. Maybe you're holding onto a lot of water weight. And this has nothing to do with weight loss, but...eat some veggies! ;)

Just had a homemade 1/4 lb hamburger. It was delicious. My family has declared Friday 'hamburger night'. I make a good burger.

It's not just you. I gave my crockpot to Goodwill. Hated that thing. I think most slow cooker recipes, especially the ones on Pinterest are horribly overrated and most are just downright terrible.

In New England its called Fried Dough (sometimes funnel cakes) and if made right, it's delicious! Every fair and outdoor event has at least one Fried Dough vendor. Very popular.

Seriously limiting how often I eat out. and I bring my lunch to work which is something I never used to do. Buying those giant bags of chips at BJs (warehouse store) and using my food scale to portion out single servings into ziplock bags. I have 1 a day. I used to mindlessly eat copious amounts of chips. God I love them!…
