Yes. I had it about 10 years ago. I was on strict bed rest for 2 weeks and it took several more weeks to recover enough to feel normal again. I remeber it feeling like an anvil was pressed against my chest. The struggle to breath was horrible. My cough lasted 6 months! I had a severe case though. Pneumonia is serious…

Went over maintenance by about 800. Don't care. Worth it! I don't fret over stuff like this anymore. (I used to, believe me) It was a holiday. There was lots of food. This is how life works. I know I will be back to my defecit today and in a few days the scale will show me no real harm done. Not to say that I don't…

This might be the saddest thing I've ever read.

I can't add pre-logged foods today. Keep getting an error message. Something is down with the app today.

I eat it once in awhile because it makes me feel full for hours. But its certainly not a favorite of mine. Its a texture thing. And congrats on losing weight, but it has nothing to do with oatmeal and coffee and everything to do with eating at a calorie deficit.

Bananas are yummy. I eat one every day. I've lost over 40lbs.

I love McDonalds. Never regret eating there. I always regret eating chinese takeout after I'm done. I crave it. It's delicious while I'm eating it. But when I'm finished I feel gross and tell myself I'll never eat it again.....then eat the leftovers the next day and the cycle continues. I think maybe because I overeat it?…

Moderation. Life's too short to never enjoy a donut again.

Oh they're still out there!

Ok, now you just sound defensive. You've been given rock solid advice here, but you're only responding to the fact you work 7 days a week. You're busy enough with that, there is no need to excersise as much as you are and you certainly don't need to do that to lose weight. I get the feeling you think weight loss can only…

Apple cinnamon rice cake with some cream cheese. Clementines Sliced cucumber with cream cheese Banana Eggo with peanut butter or sometimes chocolate sauce and cool whip. (Really good) Cup of tea with a biscotti

No. You need to give yourself a break. Focus on your calorie consumption rather than excersise. Weigh your food properly with a scale and practice patience. The weight will come off.

Thanks! I have 2. Haha...But I've only been back on MFP for a couple of months after a 3 year hiatus. There was no 'woo' button in the old days. I need to step up my game.
-
How do you guys check your woo count?

That is exactly how my husband started eating it as a kid! Camping with his dad. He always brought along canned hash.
-
WTH is wrong with bread and butter you weirdos? It's delicious. ;) Now,..my husband still eats canned corned beef hash. Smells like cat food. Makes me gag.
-
Well done!

Sugar sandwiches were definately a thing in the 70s. Not toast. My husband grew up poor in Boston. His mom made sugar sandwiches for her kids often. It was literally 2 pieces of wonder bread with butter and white sugar as the filling.

English muffin pizzas.

My Charge 2 was TOTALLY worth the $150 bucks. I love it.

Use the recipe builder. Weigh all your ingrediants on a food scale. Easy peasy.

Get rid of him/her! Life's too short for misery. You're young. It will be ok. You make your own happiness. Don't rely on others to do that for you.
