Your daily maintenance calories are all different numbers in each thread as well. And your story changes a bit in each too.…

No ice cream to save calories? It's got boatloads of butter and 2 cups of sugar, so not sure why using ice cream would be bad. And raw eggs? Eww... Sorry. This recipe just seems weird to me. But to each their own.

I started buying Edys Slow Churned Yogurt Blends (the purple containers) in Carmel Praline Crunch. It's slightly lower calorie because it's an ice cream / FroYo blend. It's really yummy.

Taking too much Biotin has been known to cause various side effects. Weight gain is NOT one of them. It's not the Biotin.
