I weigh and log every Friday! It works for me and if I weigh myself too much I get obsessed and weigh myself a million times a day! It gives me a little motivation knowing i will weigh in Friday morning and I want to see a smaller #, so I work my a** off all week to see it.

Just get up and do it! It sucks at the time your getting up to do it, but once your done you wont regret it! The feeling I have after a good workout is what makes me do it, and knowing I am one step closer to my goals!

I'm 5'5.5 (lol the half inch counts), my goal is 135-140. I'll see what happens after that. Me at 140 is size 5 jeans and I just feel comfortable. I think it depends a lot on not just height, but your body shape, bone size and all that too.

What keeps me motivated: I like seeing results!!!! I feel tired and crappy the next day if I don't do some sort of workout! Drink WATER!!!!!!!! A lot of it. Watch your sodium! Maybe add some cardio to your exercise routine. You might need to eat more. A lot of people don't lose on 1200 calories. Good Luck!

I will log water w/ Crystal Light in it as water, but coffee and tea to me is not water. I only drink water with Crystal Light occassionally. I love plain, clear, fresh water so it's easy to drink a lot already. :)

I drink about 3 cups of coffee a day...get really bad headache's with out it. I only get shaky when I drink it and don't eat anything. Maybe your slightly allergic to caffeine. ?

I've never tried it, but I have a friend who did, and it wasn't good!!! I think she may have lost a few pounds, but the side effects and what she went through, is not something you would want to.

My husband works out of town, so weekends when he's home I usually skip it! I kind of consider weekends break time and try to work out M-F. Sometimes I get a walk in on Sat. Mornings.

I've never heard of anyone who was on the shot and didn't gain weight. ryka ortholite shoes are awesome! They are pretty cheap, but they are really light, and the most comfortable shoes I've ever exercised in. They have tons of them on amazon.com. They are aerobic shoes, so probably just what you need.

If your trying to lose 2lbs a week....monthly goal is 8lbs, that way you don't have to worry about it if you don't hit the weekly goal. If you were to walk/jog/run...set a monthly mile like 30 miles a month. Or try to get in so many hours of cardio, lifting, areobics...whatever workout you do. I try to focus more on short…
