Am sure one day won’t hurt and I work out my deficit for the week and not just one day, am also carb cycling at the moment and I have a high carb/calorie day in the week anyway , so wouldn’t worry about it :-)

I would go for INSANITY as it doesn't involve any home equipment , its hard work but you wont regret it dan
