I love pecan nuts and almonds - YUM - and often add them to my salad or just eat them mixed with fruit and honey for breakfast. DROOL. But they're more fat than protein, if that's what you're looking for. Pumpkin seeds have a fairly decent protein value, I think, though, so maybe try that, adding it to a nice salad of some…
