Thanks for the help...I work long hours and found a vegan retaurant..decided to try it instead of the usual fast food.."General Tso's Surprise" was all tofu with brocoli and carrots was done soo well. I was under the same impresion of it being kinda spongy but tasted amazing...thsnk for the input!!!!!!
