I'm not sure if you can do it from the app, bu you can customize your log on the computer so it is broke down into hourly chunks rather than "breakfast" "lunch" etc. Then if you are awake for 3 days straight, just log whatever you eat…

I think it's fine. I'm doing it today actually (although I'm still putting on MFP just because it's such a habit). I was under my calories for most of the days this week and because of this I have 3100 calories before I exceed my weekly goal, so for breakfast I had pancakes, hash-browns and eggs. Probably won't eat lunch…

Me personally I don't count most housework (day to day stuff), but about once a month I do a deep clean where I move EVERYTHING to sweep/mop/vacuum (I also sweep, mop, and then steam all my hard floors when I do this clean) and then I count that as light house work and only count 50%-75% of the time I actually spent.

Not sports persay, but I was in JROTC for 4.5 years including participating in their drill team, honor guard, and color guard. TNP has a dog. Edit: replied to late. Lol but I do love cake, just not chocolate cake.

To truly lose between 1.5 pounds and 2 pounds per day, that would be a calorie deficit of 5250-7000 calories per day. I don't see how that could be healthy at all.

I know someone who has lost somewhere between 70-80 pounds (I think the official number is like 74 or something?) since February (yes I know that is extremely fast, but she was also extremely obese, I believe somewhere past 500 pounds at her highest), so I would say 50 pounds by December is do-able! I'm 21, my husband (of almost 3 years) is 28 on Saturday. Right now we have no definite plans on baby making, but having a family is one of my major reasons for losing weight. I stopped birth control in Oct. of 2010 and haven't had a normal period since, except once or twice. I suspect it is due to my weight.

I live in Florida and we bought a ticket yesterday morning, forgot to check the numbers last night. This morning when Hubby went to work he heard that the winning ticket (the big one that is!) was sold in Florida. Got his hopes all up and not even one matched number. Lol

I had epilepsy as a child. During that time I was on 2 different meds. The first was tegratol (sp?) and after a year or so my doctor changed it to topamax (sp?) because I was gaining weight. I have previously done a low carb diet (less than 20g a day). And while it did work (I lose anywhere from 3-5 pounds a week). Although I love my carbs so I couldn't stick to it for very long, and all the weight I did lose, I gained back, and then some.
