My biggest weakness is having little motivation. I've been a vegetable for the past year after having major brain sugery so exercise is like pulling teeth. I'm always thinking about eating little vs. exercising a lot. It's a pain in the butt!

I eat cereal whenever the mood strikes. But being pre-diabetic, I'm not allowed to eat carbs like that after lunch, so it's mostly in the morning. Kashi Go Lean is my favorite with some berries and yogurt - so much protein and crunch!!!
