Need Motivation
Hi! I had great success using MFP the first time I used it (I lost 50 lbs!) but after developing a brain tumor that has put me through the hoops (losing more weight, gaining too much, etc.) I'm back to square one. Just need some people to help me get motivated to lose that 50 again. Feel free to add me! :)

Low Carb Snacks?
I'm not cutting carbs by any means, but it was suggested by both a nutritionist and a endocrinologist to stick to a meal plan of 1800 calories, front load carbs for breakfast and lunch, and no (or little) carbs with and after dinner. When running/walking - distance or time?
What is more important or effective? I tell myself I'll get on the treadmill for 30 minutes of cardio but I hate getting off at 1.78 miles. Is it more effective to be on the treadmill for 30 minutes or the whole 2 miles?
