  • This is really accurate, I only saw the post last night and changed all my settings in MFP to sedentary and maintain and I looked at my weekly view and it says I was 5966 cals net under my weekly goal and I've lost 1.5lbs today.
  • I have just purchased a Polar FT40 and the calories burned through that are about 1/3 less the MFP but also with my weight training I burn roughly 30 calories more than MFP - get a HRM for accurate results. :smile:
