I would LOVE to workout in the morning, but I am sooo not a morning person and would have to be up by 5am at the latest in order to do so. KenpoX done. Switchingsomw stuff around due to time this week, but getting it done! Kenpo is my favorite!! Week five almost done, everyone is doing such a great job!!

Week 5 day 1 DONE!! Chest, Shoulders and Triceps with ARX what a tough workout!! Some of those moves were impossibe (at least for now)! I didn't finish abs yet but did more than I usually do! Plyo and the gym tomorrow!

I missed the last two days, but I am back! Just did Kenpo and 20 min on my treadmill. I feel tired but great!! Going to try to do a double workout tomorrow to try and catch up. Time for bed, see everyone tomorrow!!

Week 4 day 1 Yoga. I hate Yoga. I WAS excited about week 4 until I realized Yoga is twice this week. Do you guys think it would be ok to do Kenpo on day 6? I hope so, cause incase you couldn't tell, I HATE YOGA! Lol, have a great night!!

Just did shoulders and arms and kenpo!! I am switching yoga and kenpo this week due to time. I did not do ARX because I did double workouts and I will do it tomorrow with legs and back. Week 3 is almost over!!

I have the Reebok Retones too. I work on my feat most of the day as a dental surgical assistant and usually wear them because they are really comfortable. The first few days I thought I felt something in my calfs, now nothing. I sometimes wear them to workout in but mainly just for work. I do like them though!

Week 3 day 2 Plyometrics done!! Not my favorite workout, plus the gym time made plyo a little harder. But I did it!!

Week 3 day 1 complete!! Starting tomorrow I am really going to start focusing on my diet more. I haven't been so great with that part!! More fruits and veggies, less fat and eating out!! Great job everyone!! :bigsmile:

Sooo today was supposed to be Yoga x. But instead I went to the gym for an hour after work and then came home and did cardio x instead. Part was due to time and part was due to my dislike of yoga x. Shoulders, arms and ARX complete! I like this workout, its tough but a nice break from cardio. I still hate ARX though!! Lol. Not looking forward to yoga tomorrow, so long hope I can fit it in!! The next few days will be pretty busy for me. Well great job everyone!!!! :)

Week 2 day 1 done!! Just finished chest and back, I also wanted some cardio so I did cardio x as well. I am exhausted, but feel great!! I might do that more often on strength days. Didn't eat the best today, had McDonald's for dinner, but I did burn some extra calories with the cardio. Time for bed now, great job…

Ugh! I was up for work at 6am, then out all night with friends. Don't know why I am still up!! But I didnt get my legs and back workout in! Off tomorrow, guess it will be double duty day, dont want to fall behind!!! Great job today everyone!!!!

I REALLY did not want to workout tonight, and because of that I pretty much hated every minute of yoga! I must admit that I really didnt give it my all, but I did it. Looks like everyone had a great day, keep up the good work!!!

I burned 505, but I worked my *kitten* off. Might be a little high but I will see next time. My resting heart rate is also high. I do only 15 of each ab exercise, cant make it through the whole thing though! Great job!!! :)

Day 3 is done!!! My arms we already hurting from all the pushups and pullups on Monday, but I feel great for getting it done! I still hate ARX and barely got thru it! Everyone seems to be doing great! Lets keep it up!!!!!!! :)

Just finished day 1 of Classic Chest and Back. Not a huge fan of this video, I HATE push ups, as well as the ab ripper x portion!!! I always feel it the next day which is good!! Plyo tomorrow, hope everyone had a great day!!!!
