Hi - I'm here

It sounds like you wil be getting a stent or angioplasty in a coronary artery. the calories needed for recovery would be minimal , there should be little tissue trauma --- But I'm not your Doc - Check with Him---

Bulk untill you get big/strong enough - or too fat - if you get too fat, then cut down and repeat until you are big enough
-
the scale with the lightest weight is correct
-
You said in your 1st post you want to get "Strong as hell' The Strong Lifts 5X5 is a good way to start. You can start with just the bar if you need to , but after 3 weeks you should be past that. I would sat the only reason you would need the machines is if you can't squat or press the bar. If you can do that and add…

If it makes you feel better - we do have wild turkeys that will fly short distance

I used to live near Syracuse NY - but that was a while back
-
I used to work nights at the hospital - on my days off I would switch back to more of a daytime schedule. Sleep night and be awake during the day. If you are sleeping at night you are not awake eating out of boredom

Definitely use less weight then you where doing it before. Maybe more weight then when you first started. You will have to figure it out, you will be better off starting out lighter instead of heavier. You can always increase the weight

So... I train by myself
-
What he said + a row or pull up - Find a program written by a pro that has these exercises in it - Like Strong Lifts and follow it
-
I drink it black - no sugar - I use good Columbian coffee and it has a good flaver - later in the day I have ice coffee - same deal
-
I'd start with just the bar - Then see how it goes. Many years ago , after an abdominal surgery I was too active , too quickly and had to go back for a surgical repair.

You probaby just over did it after a few years off.. It's OK to train when you are still sore from a previous session, but if it's too pain full, just do some light squats, maybe just the bar , or body weight . To idea is to get some blood flow through the legs. Maybe just go for a walk. - next session use less weight and…

He was refering to some kind of meat
-
Another suggestion - start light , like maybe just a bare bar - spend some time on learning the technique before you use a weight that requires some effort
-
Google Alan Thrall videos - These are good videos to help you learn proper form for vatious barbell exercises. For a good starting program look at Strong Curves or Starting strength
-
Way to go with that weight loss X 2 what the previous poster said - focus on Squats . Deadlift - OH Press , rowing etc - To get started look at Starting Strength , or Strong lifts - pick one and folllow it - eat somewhere near maintanence - you will figure that out
-
What do you do the rest of the time?
-
I get them on line from either Biotest or True Nutrion or Bulk Supplements - un flavored , plain , no additives
-
If you want to get stronger you must add weight to the bar. - use a lower rep range - 5-8 reps Some one suggested Starting Strength - That's a good program to start with - follow it as written for 3-4-5 -6 months. When your increases stall -decrease the weight 10-20 % take a easy week (call it a deload) then carry on. When…
