What are your goals ? You have to know where you are going before you know what will help you get there . Supplements are just that - supplements and play a small part in your progress. You want your diet and exercise on point first.
-
Callie - Why do you fall off the wagon? Have you thought about it ? Is there a trigger? Is there a certain food that you crave then have too much of it? Is your diet too strict?
-
I found this with a quick search - https://www.wholesomeyum.com/protein-ice-cream-recipe/ I think I might try it
-
Now that sounds good
-
You might find it more accurate & maybe easier to log the macros by the grams - a set amount for protein & some fat - if you are loosing weight you can manipulate your cals by the amount of carbs
-
14 Lbs in 3 weeks is a big weight loss - How many calories are you eating ? How many carbs?
-
Along with just eating more, I would suggest you lift weights - so some of the gain will be muscle. Don't go crazy with the eating more calories.
-
Hi Christina - Dieting here too - sort of - and lifting - What are your goals? Do you have a plan in place? Jim
-
Hi Britny - Welcome back - I'm asking you the same questions What are your goals? Do you have a plan is place? Jim
-
Hello to you
-
As the previous poster said , your determination is a good start - Do you have a plan in place? what are your goals? where are you starting? What are you doing for diet / exercise?
-
Hi - 15 lbs in a month sounds ambitious - do you have a plan?
-
That was a lot of chocolate - Like the others have said, don't fret about it much - drink some water - maybe cut carbs a little for a couple days. & get some exercise
-
That is good advice from mtaratoot a couple more things - gradually add more veggies into your meals - less prepared foods - for snacks try an apple or orange
-
Hi - Do you have a plan in place ? Diet ? are you exercising?
-
I learned a long time ago to never guess a lady's age or weight
-
What are your goals ?
-
Start the day with some eggs & maybe bacon / meat. Steel cut oatmeal with sliced almonds & protein powder in the milk
-
It's soda or coke -- I mostly drink coffee or water - sometimes sweet tea - semi sweet - sometimes a coke with sugar -rarely Try to limit your drinks to 0 cal drinks
-
1200 can be low - depends on your weight / activity level etc
-
As the others have said - ease into it - eat more veggies - have an apple for a snack , instead of cookies- move around more - go for a walk - start an exercise program
-
Hi Lauren -It sounds like you are making a good start - You can ease into it - eating more veggies , limiting the junk - I've never done the IF , but if it works for you good . What are you doing for exercise?
-
Hi - What are you doing now? Do you have a program you are following ?
-
I'm fine - How about you?
-
Hi - I lift weights at home - much more convenient than going to the gym - What do you mean by " If I stick to working out"
-
You have received a lot of good advice - I would add a couple things - keep your protein intake up - don't go fat free you need to eat some. adjust your cals with your carb intake & eat your veggies. It would be a good ides to start lifting weights - follow a good beginner program like Starting Strength or Strong Curves…
-
I like cinnamon on my oatmeal - one morning I picked up the hot red pepper container by mistake ...
-
don't go too light - I would follow a proven weight training program for beginners -like Starting Strength - or Strong Curves - and continue to walk -
-
Hi Lisa - What are your goals ?
