Hello everyone, My name is Luz (Spanish for Lucy - which means light). I am joining once again. I have had positive experience with this program in the past, I just need to stay positive and consistent. I would appreciate support from the community, and I will work to be a support for you as well!

    Hi Luz - I'm Nikki
    I am joining once again too!
    I am currently 225lbs and have at least 55lb to lose.
    My plan is to do a mixture of calorie counting and Intermittent Fasting - ie sticking to my calories but only eating within a certain time frame. I am hoping this will stop my evening snacking!
    One of my biggest struggles is lack of motivation to exercise - whilst I currently walk around 12,000 steps a day I find it hard to get motivated to do more... I leave home around 6am and rarely get home before 6pm and then have all the usual daily chores - cooking, cleaning, washing etc before I fall into bed around 9.30pm.
    I find it much harder to lose weight now that I am older (47)
