Hi Kerry. I'm about 80% Paleo, I did a month of strict Paleo in April and realised I couldn't live without dairy, so ever since I've been Paleo plus small amounts of dairy. I still have terrible sugar cravings which sometimes I just have to satisfy.......but I try so desperately hard not to.......but they're nothing…

Same question. I've been running for just over 3 months and although I love the feeling of accomplishment after, I still can't say I enjoy doing it. I wish I did but it's often quite the opposite! I usually run about 5k, I'd love to build to 10 but so far can't see that happening!

I log my fruit and higher starchy veg, but not the lower starchy veg or salad. Obviously always log the dressings too. . But I always have a few hundred calories left over at the end of the day as I never quite manage to eat back my exercise calories, so I guess it balances out. I've lost 27lb with MFP so it's working for…

44 going on 29 :-) I find the aches and pains more difficult to deal with these days, especially the morning after a circuits/boxfit session.....going down the stairs the next morning can take a while and is usually accompanied by some great clicks, oohs and ahhs!!

Thank you! It's been something I've been wondering for a while and could be the answer to why I'm not losing weight! I certainly wouldn't mind eating a few extra calories most days!!

Eat what you need to and do a bit of extra exercise later or tomorrow :-)
