6ft, 209lbs, 43yrs. Right now I am at 1570 cals. I would like to loose maybe another 10lbs and then start lifting to get some shape back. I would imagine once I start working out I would need more calories.

When I pump gas it needs to end in a whole dollar amount. If the pump clicks part way through I keep squeezing the handle till it is at the next whole dollar.

My go to smoothie is: 1 banana 1 scoop protien powder 1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup skim milk ice Frozen things in the blender make the smoothie thicker.

For me any dark beer. I don't like the taste. I want to like it but I just cant do it. I usually buy some dark beer for St. Patrick's Day but I can not get through it! LOL
