I make lentils and rice regularly. Cook the lentils for about 15 minutes beforehand with some water and then add in the rinsed rice(my favorite is basmati). I add in whatever spices I have. Usually I put in some veggie broth, salt, pepper, bay leaf, cumin. Then just add the required amount of water and finish cooking it.…

Anything with wheat flour in it. Also, for some weird reason, brie cheese? I can eat half a small wheel in one sitting. I don't have issues with other cheeses.

Thats true tavistock toad. Old habits die hard. I was caring for my sick grandma for years before she died last year and helping raise my younger brothers so i feel a lot of obligation to them.

just figured out that nutritional yeast is what im allergic to :( darn it, cuz i liked that stuff! oh, well. yes, eating out is more difficult but i get things like spring rolls with tofu or curry with rice...

really? have they disappeared or faded? i would really like mine to disappear but im not sure if they can. congrats on the weight loss..i just began my journey. so far i have lost 12 pounds.

my skin breaks out in rashes and i think it may be related to the tofu so i might have to cut that out of my diet.

I think I am headed in this direction. I also try to avoid unnatural sugars and processed foods. How is it going for you? I still eat tofu but I am not sure how good it is for me health wise so I have been thinking of only eating fermented tofu. I have yet to try it though.

Good answer brower ;) I'm not talking about wrinkles though. I'm talking about a more mature appearance...would like to be taken more seriously when I go in to apply for jobs, etc.
