If you want to work your abs without knowing you are, try doing kickboxing! turbo jam is great fun! any kicking you do and punching works your core and your hip flexors and so you get a great ab workout and total body workout at the same time!

bread and bread stuff, like tortillas and rolls and muffins and bagels etc, always seem to make me gain weight! I love the spaghetti squash, it is really good and my kids even like it! Ezekial tortillas are awesome and i love the idea for lettuce wraps, im gunna try that one tomorrow! thanks for the tips!! Jaime

thanks you guys! I will try and take a mommy time out and reset. one day at a time is good advice and i know my kids would love to "help" me work out. i need to be better at counting all my forms of activity instead of just my traditional work outs, cuz im on the go 24/7.:)

Im sorry to hear about your struggles. I have had plantar fascitis too, currently even. I got it each time after my pregnancies and am just healing from it again. Have you considered yoga? this might help with the flexibility of your achilles tendon as well as offer you a great low impact workout. Maybe talk to your MD…

eating good has always been my struggle too and its not like i eat crappy.
