hey everyone~ wanting suggestions on what to do when you have just started a weight training program (p90X) and am super hungry! emotions after workout?

working out while sick?
what are the thoughts on working out while sick? i know sometimes the body needs to rest and heal and just chill, but i also dont like missing workouts for this reason especially if im really getting into it and in the rhythm! so, id love to hear what the general consensus is on this! thanks!

zumba calories
the calorie counter in exercise only gives you ballroom/fast dancing as an option to choose. That says ill burn 407 calories in one hour, but the zumba classes advertise up to 900 calories burned in an hour. anyone know the real answer??
