Hi Everyone!
Well I took a little break from myfitnesspal and during that time, i have lost and gained. I did Hcg (dumb idea of mine) and decided finally to go from vegatarian to full vegan. I am finding myself challenged w diet and also adding in exercise. Ive been having issues w my knee which makes me a bit apprehensive to push it too hard so I am in need of extra support, encouragement, experience w diet and excercise too! I have the motivation, just need to put it into practice for a significant amount of time to meet my goal. I have 21 lbs I would like to lose but more than the number, I am wanting to seriously tone up! any advice is appreciated!!

    Hi welcome back.. I am not a vegan tho feel free to add me if ya'd like..

    I should warn ppl ahead ...I am free spirited and type before I think... So plz dont hold that against me..
