hey everyone~
wanting suggestions on what to do when you have just started a weight training program (p90X) and am super hungry! I am still counting cals and have my intake relative to the workout i do in the evening, but my appetite is ferocious! are there any tricks to the trade to get my appetite to back off?

    Well eat more your not at your cal limit yet also drinking a full glass of water before a meal will make you full faster

    Hard to say without seeing your diary, really. I know for me I need to make sure that I limit my sugar intake; calories intaken from that make me hungry instead of full.

    Eat back your exercise calories, if you aren't already.

    Get plenty of protein and fat.
