I'm a teacher too and I just can't find the motivation and energy to wake up earlier. I usually come home and elevate or soak my feet before working out. It makes me less tense and ached.

I'm just now getting back into working out and I like Zumba or something fast paced with music. Even if I'm struggling to keep up. I did hip hop abs tonight and that was good and fast.
