I bought my digital scale on amazon...it was under $30 and it's accurate. Btw, your weight will fluctuate between weigh ins. My weight has fluctuated since breakfast lol

My favorite drinks were/ are margaritas and Long Islands...Those drinks are close to 500-700 cals/ glass. When I found this out I was like Wtf? Definitely stay away from drinks like that...it's not worth it! Martinis are better, even some cosmos but none are healthy not even the Bloody Freaking Mary.

I agree with what everyone said and to add...take your measurements. I was doing the same thing...eating right but not seeing the results on the scale. I started taking my measurements and surprise surprise I was dropping major inches...eventually my weight started coming off too. Scales, water, lbs, weight fluctuate…

I remember going to my favorite Mexican restaurant and ordering a huge super burrito with everything/ including extras on it. On the plate would also be a large amount of beans and rice. I would eat the whole thing! I can't believe I used to eat that much...and that was "normal" for me! Smh

I think most people eat back their calories...or at least a majority of the calories they burn off. Surprisingly, I lose more weight when I eat more. Who knew?

I think people need to do what works for them. I need those unclean days...and because I know myself, if I feel like I'm dieting it will never work. Yesterday I had jack n the box, it was soooo good and I stayed within my 1500 cals/ day. No one can make me feel bad about that. I earned that Jumbo Jack!

When I first started MFP I ate that amount for about the first 3-4 months...nothing. It just seemed like extra consumption. I even started gaining weight (wrong direction). I do understand what you are saying though...thanks :)

Thanks...that makes sense. If the fat is becoming less then the veins are becoming more visible. I guess its not a horrible thing...just have to get used to it.

Yes, same here...they are popping up all over my arms, shoulders and even the crease where my arm bends. Yeah, I guess that does make sense...my skin is not as stretched out so now they are noticeable. Freaking skin lol
