I love listening to audiobooks while running. I was feeling bad because I wasn't reading enough for my liking because of the running but with those, I can do both. It's wonderful!

I just did the same and was having the same question. My lifestyle is set to sedentary like they say it should be but I'm very surprised about the amounts it's given me. I've been thinking maybe I shouldn't eat any of those calories back except ones that are actually burned by real exercise?

I am currently on week 5. I love this program. I have never been able to run even as a little kid but always wanted to. My suggestion would be to check out and see what kinds of substitutes you could do. That way, you'd still get to do the baking that you love and have less fat and calories. We all know that to get less fat, you can substitute applesauce and of course, there's all those great sugar substitutes that you have your pick of.…
