Going over Sodium just increases the chances of retaining water and bad stuff internally if you over do it the problem here is MFP doesn't give you sodium back when you exercise like it does for Carbs, Fats and Proteins. But you do need to replenish lost salts from sweating, peeing and various other things.

Fitibit is just an accelerometer and a pedomoter, it gives a decent assessment of TDEE if you aren't doing specific exercises other then walking but otherwise it's only real use is a rough guide and a measure of how many steps you have done

Fitbit is useless for exercise except walking, Fitbit gives you a running TDEE and periodically syncs the difference between what MFP has reported you've eaten and what it thinks you've burned and gives that as an adjustment. 2-4 a week at the gym doing a mix of cardio and weights. the other days i usually go for long walks on weekends i do Gym and long Bushwalks i also have a job that allows me to be active and walk a fair bit most of the time

great job, i didn't really lift weights til the last 10Kgs. before that is primarily lots and lots of cardio plus a good diet

It would make a small amount of difference depending on the persons overall body mass and activity levels, in short, less body mass/bone structure = less effort to move = less calories burned but you could move faster, longer and get around easier then a person that is larger and thus burn the same amount it just may take…

oh i forgot my loose skin is entirely in my gut, my arms, legs and chest were always somewhat muscly i carried 90% of my excess weight in my face and waist. and my pouchy skin is where my abs should be that wont change
