you need to replace lost fluids first and foremost., anything you eat is likely just going to antagonise the situation, this is from a person that suffers IBS and use to suffer constipation and IBS atleast every few days.

Just find out what your TDEE is on a non exercercise orientated day and eat at that, if you are dilligent and weigh everything, you should be able to maintain, but the thing is its not an exact science, you are gonna gain or lose weight, but dont worry aslong as you are staying around your goal weight what does a kg here…

scales read differently they aren't all calibrated the same that's obvious, i had 3 a really old set the non digital type, a Weight Watchers Digital Bio Scale and most recently a Fitbit Aria. all three gave different readings in the same flat position of my room. The weight watchers one was the one that went up and down…

Simple terms "you eat to have a deficit" how big that deficit is and how you come about getting to that each week is upto you. 7000 calories = roughly 1kg of weight. Given calories burned and eaten are not an exact science you want to leave some room for margin of error. Pika also said it's not linear too so just cause you…

Things i remember from the mid-late 70's and early 80's * We had an old volkswagan that had no seatbelts and if you went around the corner too sharp the doors would fly open * mom had a Datsun 1600 that the seats were held up by cricket stumps and if you stopped quick they would dig into…

it measures movement not steps so it's never gonna be completely accurate but it's more then accurate enough. It is calibrated to not over measure things that are clearly not walking, jogging or running. It works on a treadmill same as it works on a real world surface i don't get why yours doesn't the only thing it doesn't…

I drink on average 3x600ml Protein shakes + 2-3 cups of green tea. and milk in the tea and on cereals or my frittatta's so i try to get in 2.5Ltrs a day, that seems to be a sweet spot for regulating pee and keeping hydrated, can't always get that in and some days i feel more bloated lol. i don't count water content of…

so see what your actuall TDEE on an average day is and eat 500 below that, or eat at it and dont eat exercise calories. 2000 should be adequate with all that exercise to still lose weight rapidly

i was the same for 3 months, stuck at 78Kg after 15months of going from 112Kgs with critical blood pressure. i think the sercret to plateaus is get out of the rut and do something different. If you are stuck change up your calories or your exercise, in my case i started doing less cardio, more weights and cutting back to 4…

muscle is more dense it does not weigh more. 1kg is 1kg regardless of the matter and fat is energy. Muscle uses energy so it consumes more.
