Falafel :)! I don't have a recipe to hand, but ever so simple, blitz the chickpeas with some flour, garlic and add some spices, mould into balls and bake or shallow fry, Delicious :)!

I feel exactly the same and always slip up at weekends, but I have now changed my weigh-day to a monday which helps a bit, as I want to be good so that I see a loss on the monday morning!

Been having a quick look for the last 30 minutes out of curiousity....not nice at all. The individual who runs the site and many of the individuals who use the forums clearly think the way to make yourself feel better is to put others down. Ridiculously so.

That's a fantastic story, congratulations on your huge achievement. I can completely relate to this, 5'4, and currently 12st2 so at the 'lowest point' of your story so to speak! I hovered around 11st for a few years but know my best weight is around 10st! If you can do it I can do, thanks for sharing your story :)
