I just yesterday told my friend that I need someone to come and push me at the gym I want to run but always tell myself after a minute or minute and a half that i'm dying and need to walk how do I get through this spot. Help I want to break this zone

I'm 5'4 and 1/2\ HW 305 CW 285 goal weight 165 that is what I weighed before children and would like to get thier before my first child graduates in may of 2014 so I have one year and a few months but I have a problem with starting then gaining it back.

I started at 305 and when I start on MFP I was 299 and Monday was at 288 but looking at these pics I just tonight decided to take pics so hope in a few months to post my progress wish I would have took at 305 to see what I have already lost. These post have definitely helped me get motivated.
