I gain 3-5 pounds a week depending on the week. I'll do that ! I do know two things I NEED to do is not eat fast food even though I don't over eat I still red to cut it. (it's my fiancé fault. He only eats that crap and I can't not eat and I do try and make healthy choices) and my sodium is bad but I do drink tons of water (I don't always log it all).

Only true way to tell your cals and it even works everywhere you go! ;) HEART RATE monitor!! I got one pit in my personal info and love it! I burn WAY more than the machines tell me and I can keep going when I lift after! I can't wait to use it on a bike ride outside!

Thanks to everyone who posted! I thought that I should increase my cals too! So I'm starting it off today. What a good day to add a few extra cals! (st. Pats) I hope it works!

All I can say is STAY AWAY from the bread it's 250+ cals. If you like spicy try the lamb or chicken curry it's got yogart in it and oil. Should be around 300-400. Just don't eat all the sause et the meat.

Crystal lite are good and gatoraid is too BUT it is the worst thing for your teeth the acid level are horrible!! So make sure you brush your teeth after lunch n dinner. (I'm a dental assistant/ student Hygenist)

I've thought about that eating all my calories and my workout cals and seeing if it makes a difference. It's funny but I eat three times a day my portioned meals and have a snack in between each. At the end of the day I find myself with leftover cals that I didn't know what to do with. I guess I should snack more at work…
