  • Its not its only like 30-35 min its great but yoyu need to watch your posture!! I suggest buying the kettle bell from walmart it comes with a dvd in it she wxplains proper posture. Its a boring dvd but worth doing at least 3 times to get that down first. Then start shred with Jiliian.

  • I'm NOT a morning person!! I set my alarm 30 min earlier then I want to get up! So I can get up lol! It's true if you get it done in the morning then you don't have to worrie about it later and you can eat correctly for the day and not have to cram in good to meet your goal. Still I can't do it everyday. ;)
  • Nope my sodium is less then 2000mg average 1500-1900 at the most. if you looked at this past weekend sunday was my cheat day so my sodium was WAY too much. Sodium is the one thing I DONT over eat. As for measuring i use measuing cups, teaspoons/tablespoons, and scale.

I do kettlebell workouts, zumba, dancing, 30 day shred, swimming and other stuff, i keep it rotating because I dont like doing the same stuff. as for muscle a bit because Im sort and i stack muscle fast so im more tight then jiggles.

  • It could be the iron try one without iron or low iron. Iron makes me really sick! I take one with low iron. It doesn't bother me. I take the gnc be wholesome. It's expensive but if you go in at the beginning of the month it's on sale. :)
  • Cut back on it slowly. I love salt too! As much as you do! I cut it cold turkey and watch the sodium levels on everything I eat. I keep my levels at 1500mg or less. It's not an easy thing to do but I don't miss it and I feel so much better. Overall feel more energy, fuller at meals and no more bloat! Especially the water…
  • Day 5 tonight and week 5 of shred it with weights level 2-2nd week. So disappointed after one month and only a -4 lb loss. Hopefully this shred will help. Ps-Sunday I dont workout I have to have some kind of life, at least I try to! Lol so I'm a day behind.
