I have them on the inside of my knees from growing very fast as a kid. A few on my hips for the same reason. They are so light you can hardly see them. Interestingly I didn't get any during or after my pregnancy, even though I had a big bump and gained 60lbs.

I doubt it, at least not while staying healthy.

Breast feeding releases natural oxytocin in your body to help your uterus shrink. It's quite a dramatic effect, actually, I remember it well. In the first month pp I had slight cramps with each nursing session and my spotting would pick up. No need for cannibalism.

People should avoid taking medical advice from playboy bunnies. Unless they have an md after their name.

5 lbs :(.

I'm up but calling it a night. Boo

It might be the low calories or it might not be. Eat more for a couple of days and see if you feel better. If not, go to the doctor. I hope it's nothing serious but better be safe than sorry.

Tight legs and butt > keeping boobs but being flabby. IMHO.
-
You're very pretty so I wouldn't be surprised!

I'm sorry for your loss. I've had a couple and focusing on fitness helped maintain my sanity. I got back into it pretty quickly each time. One thing though - have you checked with your doc about the pain? I assume you meant physical. I had two late first tri d&cs and never had pain beyond the day of. I would check that out…

We're married, not dead. :) how YOU doin?

You haven't invested too much time. Life is short. If you're already avoiding sleeping with him, move on.
-
Depends how hot he is lol. I'm married too so it won't go beyond a smile back maybe some friendly chat.

What kind of veggies are you eating in unlimited amounts? Are they greens, or are they starchy like potatoes, squash, etc. I would suggest you measure them too.

This past week I haven't really logged but I know there were a few days I went over and a few days I was under. I just ate to my hunger. I dropped 3lbs. Maybe try to cycle your calories for a week or two?
-
Err I can get energy and nutrients from food. Whatever floats your boat though.
-
Does it track calories like an HRM?
-
This sums it up perfectly.

I did them every day and started seeing results after a few days. Obviously if you have a lot of fat in the area you have to work on losing your overall body fat, but they should help with pulling the tummy in to an extent.

I'm the one who wrote about doing planks and they definitely helped after I had my baby. Not with losing fat, obviously, but they pulled in my midsection considerably so it didn't stick out. Prior to doing them, I had to always consciously suck in my midsection so I wouldn't look still pregnant. I still have fat to lose…

Congrats! It's doable. I've lost 53lbs of the 60 I gained with pregnancy and my baby is 10 months old. Weight loss is 90% about your diet. Keep logging and eating at a deficit (remember to add cals for breast feeding if you're doing that). The weight will come off. Add me if you want!

Actually the range of bone thickness is pretty small. Yes someone might have wider shoulders and hence a bigger frame but that won't account for why someone's arm is twice the size of someone else's. Mainly it's an excuse by some.

Catcalling in the middle of the day on a busy street = annoying. Catcalling at night when woman is alone in a deserted place = threatening. Normally I don't call ppl on my friends list out, but in this case I'm gonna have to tell you to pull your head out of your butt.

When I was sick this last week I had little appetite. Got my cals in with chocolates lol. It's probably your sickness, not just your lack of exercise.
-
Umm no. For the same volume it does weigh more.
-
Congrats on your baby! I gained a lot too, 60lbs to be exact. I've lost 53ish lbs since then in the last 10.5 months so its doable but it can take time. I nursed too (still am) and what I did was add 500 to whatever my cal goal was to my MFP goal. So when MFP gave me 1300 I'd eat 1800 etc. there's a food option for breast…
-
According to your ticker you have 53lbs to lose. Have you been at your goal weight before and if so, were your calves the same size?
-
A pound of muscle occupies LESS space than a lb of fat (just fixing the typo). In any case she's not going to put on any significant amount of muscle in 3 weeks. OP I would decrease cals by 100 and see where it takes you.
