You look fabulous and I hope that was an awesome red. Thanks for the re-motivation (I'm bouncing around the same weight) and the cal tip- I'm 5"6 as well, I found that 1600-1700 felt like maintenance, so dropped to 1200- which backfired as I binged beyond my hunger.

I have IBS, so I'm very prone to bloating-I've cut salt/carbonated drinks/cauliflower/asparagus/cheap white bread. Drink more water and move more.

I'd set the incline to about 3.5 to mimic outside. I'm still shuffling, but my distances have increased. have fun!

have a small apple- its about 80 calories. If I'm really hungry- I get woken up because I am hungry.

I remember what it was like, my tip is to leave a pram out in your entrance with a baby bag already packed in there. It will get easier, promise!!

is it weather that makes it unrealistic to walk more regularly? it sounds like you need a double pram or a baby carrier + single pram- I actually found it easier to walk to the supermarket with a pram, rather than put them in the car, when I had 2 under 2. For flexibility, it sounds like you might need a short exercise dvd?

I gave up in December- I'm 5"5' and I was 183 pounds + I didn't want any more. It was my second attempt (first one I stopped smoking for 5 years) so I knew for me, it's better to go cold turkey quickly. I found it hard as I needed to address why I smoked and why I ate- emotional triggers, boredom etc, so I think your idea…
