You guys can totally do this. I have always hated running, and to be honest, I've hated every day of c25k so far. Today was the only day I felt like I was doing good. Hang in there, keep telling yourself you can do it, and you'll be right here where I am in just a few weeks.

I started the progam 5 weeks ago, on January 2. Today I ran the enitre workout (w6d1), for 21 minutes straight. This program is awesome. I have never in my life ran like I did today. I'd never ran a mile without stopping before, and today I ran for 1.75. Best money I've ever paid for an app in my life.

I am starting week 4 today! I have never ran a mile without stopping, and today I will run 6 minutes without stopping. I am so excited to finish this program. I don't love to run yet, but I love seeing my progress. I use the iPhone app w/ gps and it's great.

W3D1 today! I'm always in shock at the end of each week that I am able to do it. What an amazing accomplishment you had! I can't wait to post the same thing. Today I'm being daunted with my first 3 minute run! Yikes! :)

I bought it last week and have been a chicken! I'll start tomorrow, too. I am also doing c25k and have zumba 2x a week, so I don't know if I can keep up 5 days a week, but I'll try!

Went to Bali and Thailand last January for my anniversary. Loved them both and want to go back! My next dream vacation is the Maldives. It's a little out of the price range right now, so I'm going on a western Carribean cruise at the end of May. Gotta keep working hard so I can look great for it!
