  • another 45 minute workout followed by 75 crunches. starting to get sore now lol but no pain n gain as the saying goes. day off from zumba tomorrow but aiming for 120 crunches.

  • Aww ballet I love that I use to do it as a kid but had to give it up due to loosing far too much weight and my body didn't seem to put any weight on x it does get easier I promise I use to love going to the classes I think I laughed more than anything but the lack of money means I have to do it at home now x good luck xx

  • this challenge sounds fantastic as me and my husband take crisps chocolate and hallumi cheese to bed with us most nights and IT HAS TO STOP i will be setting my cut off time at 8pm as i sometimes have to have my tea alittle later depending on my 1yr old. good luck everyone and here goes nothing. :smile:
