I stopped eating breakfast, we don't get up till late so first meal of the day is lunch. That started the process . I only loss 4 lb so far but I have more energy and most important I feel good about myself.

I agree with you all one way or another. It is what we make it so eat smaller portions and choose to be happy and enjoy being with the family. Have a great Thanksgiving. :)

I too have an Aldi store close and I buy my fresh produce and most everything there even frozen meat. I am branching out and trying some of there fresh meat too. I use WalMart for a lot of things Aldi doesn't carry all the time. There is a few can goods and some frozen vegetables Aldi doesn't carry. We eat less meat and…
