  • I do have a calorie deficit. I don't know what it is exactly but I've set up mfp to losing two pounds a week and never eat more than the 1300 calories allowed. I do believe I've built muscle in some areas from the shred but still have a long journey ahead.
  • Thanks!! The changes aren't as drastic as I wanted but they are still there. I want to do another Jillian program but I need to look through YouTube to see what I can find for free. I'll probably either do Ripped in 30 or the Boost Metabolism one.
  • I started level 3 of 30 day shred today and traded my maternity shorts for the shorts I wore last summer (im two months postpartum)!
  • I'm on day 17 and love it! Be careful with all the jumping and lunges. My knees are constantly in pain bc I always try to follow Natalie (hard version) instead of Anita. I've had to remind myself that I don't have to be hardcore each time bc if I over do it I'll end up with something broken. Also, level 3 is not on YouTube
  • I ended up getting three chicken strips and a medium water. Chicken strips were the saddest little things I've ever seen but they were also only around 300 calories so I guess it balanced out. Thanks y'all!
  • I'm almost in the exact same situation! Baby was born Feb 20 and I want to lose 40 pounds. I didn't gain much during pregnancy either so somehow I thought the extra weight I had would just fall off when then baby came.
  • YES!!!! I have two days left (including today) and am completely amazed at what I've accomplished. When I started I could barely run 30 seconds and as of tomorrow I'll be running 30 minutes!!! So a great feeling and I'm so glad I did it.
