Take pictures. I've no idea how it worked, but when I did Insanity I didn't lose an ounce, and only maybe half an inch from my stomach, but once I started taking pictures I saw just how much was changing.

I've never done it as a full regimen, but have added it here and there when I got bored with the other workouts I was doing. Have been doing Insanity for two months; last week, I did ES&S for the first time since March, and was still incredibly sore all weekend. So, in my opinion, a success. Stick to it, I bet you'll see…
