I only count water as water. Everything else gets logged in the food area. I used to be awful about drinking water now I keep the amount of water on my top shelf in my fridge that I need to drink daily (for me thats 5 bottles a day)

I like GNC lean shakes but they have to be really cold. I like them because they are high in protein. Only the premade ones though. I bought the powder and it was pretty yucky. They are a tad expensive but I used to hate breakfast so they were great for me when I started this journey.
