I've been using fruit to get my sweet fix. I love to bake, so having some grapes or strawberries nearby helps me get over the urge to taste after every stir.

Does this site have a swap program or anything? I'm sure there are people around who are looking to give up some DVDs or equipment. Also, my uncle (a personal trainer/bodybuilder, no joke :P) always told me that push ups/planks even against a wall, walking, and running were great ways to kickstart weight loss.

What exercise are you doing that burns that many calories?

I don't have 2 yet, but EA Sports active 1 is more intense, but you can vary the level of difficulty. I didn't know there was such a thing as a lunge jump before I tried it on the Hard setting! The kind of exercises it has are very focused, challenging, and yes, you will break a sweat. Wii Fit Plus is nice but it's more of…
